Natasha Claro
With years of on-set and creative studio experience I am a one-stop-unicorn for all things production: print, photo, CGI, motion, casting, budgeting and negotiations, staff management and mentorship…the list goes on. I love to work in collaborative environments on projects both large-scale and small-scale.
The intersection of creative and operations is where I thrive. I marry my strong data and organizational skills with my life-long love of creating. I am now sitting squarely amongst my operational folks supporting all things creative.
Production is an amazing mix of project and program management, negotiating – all the things: budgets, time, resources, personality clashes, you name it. My approach includes gaining consensus, taking disparate opinions from project stakeholders regarding project deliverables and establishing structure and goals to bring the project to life. My skill in utilizing creative operations as a discipline allows each team the expertise to have breathing room to do what it does best. Ultimately, we are all responsible for making the creative come true and protecting the vision of the team.
I split my professional time between Milwaukee, SF and NYC.
